Single comics & credit packs

If you're not happy with a finished comic, email hello@herokid.ai within 14 days of generation and we'll either regenerate it for free or refund your purchase in full — your choice.

Monthly Adventures subscription

Cancel anytime from your account page. After cancellation you keep access through the end of the billing period. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact us within 7 days for a refund.

Printed deluxe editions

Printed editions are produced on demand, but we stand behind them. If a print arrives damaged or misprinted, send a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint or refund.

How to request a refund

Email hello@herokid.ai with your order email and a one-line description. Refunds land on the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
