1. Who can use HeroKid

HeroKid.AI accounts are for adults (18+) acting as a parent or legal guardian. You may only upload a child's photo if you are that child's parent or legal guardian, or you have explicit permission from one.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of photos, names, and prompts you provide. You grant HeroKid a limited license to process them solely to generate, store, and deliver your comics and stories. Generated comics are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use, including printing keepsakes and sharing within your family.

3. Acceptable use

Do not upload photos of children who are not under your guardianship.
Do not request content that sexualizes minors, glorifies violence, or violates any law.
Do not resell or commercially redistribute generated content without our written permission.

4. Payments & subscriptions

One-time purchases unlock a single comic. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account page. See our refund policy.

5. AI-generated content

HeroKid uses AI to generate stories and artwork. Results may vary and occasional regeneration may be needed. We do our best to lock the hero likeness, but artistic interpretation is inherent to the medium.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid HeroKid in the prior 12 months.
